13.05.2025 - On May 12, 2025, Federal Councilor Martin Pfister paid a visit to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). The head of the DDPS considers it important to visit the federal offices in his department.
Federal Councilor Pfister took the opportunity to talk to the management and staff. During a tour, the staff showed him the wide range of tasks and activities that contribute to making Switzerland safer in cyberspace. Using a fictional example of a company responsible for parts of the security organization at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), Federal Councilor Pfister gained an insight into how companies can protect themselves against cyberattacks and what services the affected companies can use to deal with cyberattacks.
